ℹ No meeting dates are hardcoded/guessed. For each bank+year you pick, this tool fetches that year's real archive index page and lists whatever statement entries it can parse from the live page — then you choose the exact one to open. If a bank's older years don't scrape cleanly, use the "Open Archive Page" link to browse manually and paste the text into the fallback box below.

Expected call format this tool uses:
proxyUrl?bank=fed&mode=year_index&year=2020 to list a year's statements, then proxyUrl?bank=fed&mode=statement&url=<encoded doc url> to fetch one exact statement. This is additive — it won't touch your existing ?bank=fed ProTrader route. You'll need to add these two routes to worker.js yourself when ready; until then, use the manual archive links + paste fallback below.
